We have a team in South London that is looking to expand their team; they are currently seeking 71care manager and an Assistant care manager’s for a wide variety of specialty’s including Older persons, Physically disabled and Younger persons, as well as Mental Health (Adult)
The position will require the following:
• Managing care packages
• Dealing with nursing & residential homes
• To provide an assessment*care management and social work service to older people.
• To work in accordance with the guidelines set out by local management.
• To make appropriate use of Department and independent services and resources.
• To provide and maintain high professional standards at all times
Experience*Qualifications Necessary:
DSW, CQS, CSS or Occupational Therapy
